At O3 MTC we realised since the dawn of time investors have been making educated guesses when it comes to investing in properties. - We have decided to embark on our property journey and make it work for our's and future generations.
- These steps above works, and often there are challenges along the way, but we do not think successful and robust planning should be left to chances.
- After considering all of these options we make it our goal to consult and work with our power team already expert in this field.
- Ultimately we want to create a legacy that we can pass down our future generations.

Our founders have years of experiences with their previous property investment under their own name and oversaw a healthy growth in property investment.
Most were fantastic investments and few were “challenging”. Challenging property investment from troublesome properties incurring high maintenance costs, to properties located in low capital growth area or all of the above!!!
Through our journeys and experiences we have realised/educated ourselves that investing in a strong property portfolio would secure ours and our future generations with a decent pension or second income.

To manage our own investment properties we enter our investment negotiation a step earlier to secure good yielding deals, ensuring we benefit from peace of mind that comes with making profitable investments. We find this proves a more successful and enjoyable journey for us.
We now buy/sell and buy/rent a mix of property opportunities within UK. Ultimately we share the common goal for successful, profitable, and hassle free property investment.
